Our content: All original content on AiZy — including text, design, code, graphics, and tool descriptions written by us — is owned by AiZy and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User-submitted content: By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant AiZy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

Third-party content: Tool names, logos, and descriptions of third-party AI tools belong to their respective owners. We list them for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with any listed tool unless explicitly stated.

You represent that any content you submit does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

🤖 5. AI Chat Usage

Our AI chat feature is powered by third-party language models via the OpenRouter API. By using the AI chat, you acknowledge:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• The AI chat is limited to questions about AI tools and models. Off-topic use is restricted.
• Do not share personal, financial, medical, or sensitive information with the AI chat.
• AI-generated responses are not professional advice of any kind.
• Chat sessions are subject to a rate limit of 20 messages per minute.
• We may log conversations (anonymously) for quality improvement purposes.

AiZy is not responsible for decisions made based on AI chat responses. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

• Each individual may enter only once per giveaway using their real email address.
• Multiple entries using fake or temporary email addresses will be disqualified.
